I honestly expected them to feel bulky, so I wore them around the house first. By the third day I stopped checking. I wore them grocery shopping and to lunch with my sister and realized I hadn’t thought about my bladder all afternoon.

What Women Are Saying
Made for Bladder Leaks. Without the Disposable-Pad Routine.
Disposable pads can turn bladder leaks into a routine of changing, carrying spares and constantly buying another pack.
Bluvea builds the protection directly into soft, washable underwear, with up to 100ml of built-in capacity per pair and reusable boosters when you want extra coverage.
Unlike typical period underwear, Bluvea is designed around bladder leaks, so you can get dressed, leave the house and think about your day instead of your protection.
Normal underwear feel.
Serious bladder protection.

Questions? We’ve Got Answers
How much liquid does each pair hold?
Each pair has up to 100ml / 3.4 fl oz of built-in protection. For longer days or when you want extra coverage, add a reusable booster for up to 200ml / 6.8 fl oz total protection.
How does the reusable booster work?
Simply add the booster inside the absorbent area when you want more coverage. It’s washable, reusable, and can be swapped out when needed, so you can adjust your protection depending on the day.
Will they feel bulky under my clothes?
They’re designed to feel much closer to regular full-coverage underwear than a disposable brief. The soft, stretchy fabric moves with your body while the absorbent protection stays built into the middle.
Is it made for bladder leaks or periods?
It’s designed specifically with bladder leaks in mind, including sudden leaks and more than just a few drops. Each pair has up to 100ml of built-in protection, with the option to add more when needed.
How do I wash and dry them?
Machine wash with your regular laundry using a washing bag, then hang to dry. No complicated soaking or hand washing required.
Will they feel wet after a leak?
The absorbent layers are designed to pull moisture into the middle of the underwear instead of leaving it sitting on the surface. How it feels will depend on the amount of leakage and how long it has been worn.

Women Who Made the Switch
This was the thing stopping me from ordering. I’m 61 and I really didn’t want anything that felt like a disposable brief. I wore my first pair around the house expecting to hate them, but after an hour I honestly stopped noticing them. They feel much more like regular underwear than I expected
I’d already tried 2 pairs of leakproof underwear and both were fine for tiny leaks but not much more. These are completely different for me. I like knowing I have the built-in protection and can add the booster when I’m going to be out longer
I almost didn’t order because I pictured myself standing over the sink washing underwear every night 😂 Thankfully it’s nowhere near that complicated. Mine go in the machine and I hang them to dry. After the first week it just felt like normal laundry.
The first few times I only wore them at home because I didn’t trust them yet. Last weekend my sister and I went for lunch and ended up shopping for hours. I got home and realized I hadn’t spent the whole afternoon thinking about my next pad change. That meant a lot more than I expected.
I kept putting it off because reusable sounded like more work. Meanwhile I was buying another pack of pads every few weeks and carrying extras everywhere. I still have bladder leaks, but managing them feels so much simpler now
I was between sizes and picked the wrong one the first time. I’m glad I tried them on before washing because changing the size was much easier than I expected. The new pair fits comfortably and doesn’t dig in around my waist
